Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the Growth plan with starter credits, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or your workspace simply pauses.
What does “2 months free” mean?
When you pay yearly, you pay for ten months and get twelve. The saving is applied automatically at checkout.
What counts as a brand?
A brand is one workspace with its own Brand Brain, channels, calendar and reports. Agencies typically use one workspace per client.
What happens if we run out of credits?
Nothing stops. You will be notified in advance and can add a credit pack, upgrade, or let lower-priority work wait until the next cycle.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Do you offer invoices and annual contracts?
Yes. Scale and Agency / Enterprise customers can pay by invoice on annual contracts with a fixed rate for the full term.
